+4K in June - Hello from Cyprus

Well, I made half as much money in june compared to may, but I can't really complane, because i've played less than half as much as well. I've had vacation from school in almost 3 weeks now. Ironicly I have less time for poker in vacations because i tend to travle a lot and hang lot with other people. Often staying at places with bad internet connection.

Now I've been staying in paphos in 5 days. Paphos have 60K inhabitants and got a really great night life in the summer season. A ton of people from UK her. Friday and saturday night I was absolutely drunk and wasted downtown paphos. But I mean, I can't even get a hooker. They got some "cabaret bars" here in paphos. A cabaret bar is basically a semi strip-club/hooker club. But as semi excpected, it has been such a rip off. Nice girls from estern europe will sit down with you when you enter the club. But you have to pay for their 20 euro drinks and i've not been able to get any good deals. Moreover me and a friend almost got beaten up in one of those bars, so you gotta watch your steps, and just run out if you got a bad read on the staff there.

All the cabarets are offering a naked dance show for like 50 euro or so. But that's ridiculous. Honestly I've would be more interessted in paying 100 euros to make out with a nice girl fully dressed than simply watch her dance naked. Of course I would not mind to feel her adam's apple after.

It seems like the cabarets are rip off places where customers pays a lot for drinks and lap dances. To get anything more than that i think you gotta pay ridiculously much. I did offer a nice russian girl 150 euro for 1 hour, but got declined. I'm not willing to pay more than 150 euro for 1 hour with a somewhat average+ looking girl.

Well, me and the russian girl had a nice time when she was basically using me as a chair for about 10 minutes. We got really comfortable and it was nice. But when I offered 150 for a real deal right now she said maybe to morrow. Then the staff guy came and told me that I had to buy her an another 20 euro drink if i wanted keep on talking with her. I decided to leave. I had payed 50 euros in drinks without getting any decent deal. They saw me coming.. huh.. It's pretty funny, i can't even get a hooker.

However the staff at that place was very nice, so I might join the place and talk to "nina" from russia again. But then I gotta make a better deal with the staff first. If there is no real deal I'll request cheaper drinks.

Don't really like to write too much about this stuff.

Now, what about you guys in vegas. I know several sharkscope 100K+ players (and sharkscope ability index 90+ players) like PrimordialAA, skilled_sox, dibasio, scottybcash, leo2222 and thephoenom919 have been/still are in vegas. Cool if some of you are able to blog a review. And of course, I'll be happy to join the 100K+ club next year in vegas.

Yesterday ScottyBcash sat down (again) when I took a shot in the 230. I lost the first two games, both on huge suck outs bay the way. I didnt say anything. Instead i destroyed him the 3 next games. Long before that scotty was starting to crap talk obviously. And it was funny that Dibasio directly on the rail sugested I was the sucker in this duel ( according to Dibasio PrimordialAA was in the same room and agreed to this as well).

I mean, comon.. How can I possible be the sucker when scotty is the one the initialize the games as well as the chat. Any solid and objective player that railed all our games so far would confirm he got less edge than an egg against me. It's only an ego thing, and it's ridiculous.

I kinda enjoy the chat in this duels though. Remember when I played 13 games in a row vs cat5cane some months ago. Before that day he had a tendency to sit down once in a while and sometimes that messed up my sessions. I just decided to say "fk this guy" and make a stand. It was really brutal chat when he won the first 5 games in a row 200 regular speeds). Murder threats was all over the place. However I think one of my most powerfull threats is to tell them that I will push hokiegreg on them, or even more powerfull, "BCM11". When I finished cat5cane up 7-6 I told him that it was aaaall good though ;)

I might get really angry when I play, but its all forgotten when I've finally won a game or two.


Soh, going to stay in cyprus about 10 more days. Then I'm going to Cardiff in Wales a week. After that i will stay in Hungary, mostly budapest, until I travle back to norway 13. August.

I hope to be able to play about 500 HU sngs in july, and hopefully i will run good enough to make +5K.
