Steady grind towards the 10K October goal

So far +4K in october and it should be easy to make the 10K monthly goal, and I excpect 10K months to be standard now. I'm way too experienced, skilled and hard working to be satisfied with anything less that 10K/month and 100k/year.

Here a 2 hour long video.

Hey Thomas, very nice to read that you are up to your goal. I currently have a lot to do viewing the HUSNG videos but hopefully yours will be still online when I finished them. Take care...bye...Tinker

I still haven't finished watching the first two vids but I'll make some comments once I'm done since you asked for them. One thing though: It's so true about the "it doesn't matter preflop much" because the games almost always involve very important decisions post-flop. I think that's why you see guys like brilliant27 that can limp every hand and still profit well.

Hi Honey :-),

Thomas could you post me a short advice how I can implement a video in my blog as you do? In Germany blonde females aren't so familar with such kind of things ^^.

Thanks
Tinker

Don't doubt that, but the question is are you factoring that 10k w/ or w/out tilt/life-tilt? lol

Be honest now..you always are actually.

It's a bit tricy to explain the video thing steb by steb here but i'm sure you'll figue it out.

Download camasia studio screen recorder. The record a session. When you publish the video in camasia make sure to pick the "publish to web" format. And make sure to remove the "smartfocus check mark" when you publish the video.
Then you got a MP4 video file that you can upload in your blog. This upload process might take up to one hour to finish sometimes.
Looking forward to see your videos!

Searching you're a funny guy. 9.pm you post the fist comment, 10.pm the second comment, and next day a third consecutive comment. Then you're silent against the next few weeks i guess.
Anyway welcome back to the blog world.
Nice improvment of stars to remove the ridiculous 1 minute break in turbos. However I gonna stick to FTP a long time now.

Plauzee: Well done. Let's see if we can hit that 10K mark in the end of the month.

RJM25: Agree. Moreover I think many players are focusing too much on finding general rules in HU sngs. They ask me how often should they raise, how often limp. How deep effective staks to shove, etc etc. Understanding what's a standard calling range/shoving range etc is important basic knowldge, however It's very important to understand that a solid winner in HU sngs are making money because he (or she) is able to read between he standard lines and beyond the generalities.
Because every opponent and every spot is different. Tons of experience and insight will improve profitabl adaption to the different opponents and situations as well as better reads.

Just want to say thomas, that I can already tell you've legitimately developed as a player a bit when I read comments like this:

We used to write you off as a jokester all the time, but after working with many many many people and coaching many many people I find this to be INCREDIBLY true, and something that holds back alot of people, so good for you for thinking outside of the box and reading between the lines, I still like to think of you as a total jokester, but maybe soon you'll be in league with all the top tier players and have that unquestioned respect it takes everyone so long to gain :). Good luck buddy, will keep following your HU journey when I have time to read the blog ;p.

p.s. , stop spite putting me below hokie's blog link, my blog owns his, and i'll def. start posting more :P
