Decent march

I think its ok to be up +2.5K so far in march. Should be a good chance to finish march +4K.

Some railbirds have recently asked me how i'm doing in the 115 turbo. My standard answer is that im up more than 150 buy ins, so i guess im doing ok.
A pretty big portion of my profit comes from FPP rakeback. Typically 1-2K every month. Yesterday i made a new all time high total profit in the 115 turbo, gotta love that after having a ridiculous 3K downswing some weeks ago.

The important thing now is to just keep grinding the 100s, stay away from the 230. If i keep grinding it like this sharkscope 50K total profit should be right around the corner, and when thats achieved 100K total profit is not that far away eather. I gonna be the next ekko1.

It's Ridiculous

Alright. I've not been updating much lately, party because i've been busy at school, and party because of bad results.

Every time I try to take at shot at the 230 turbo some donky mf penetrates me like a fk virgin. It is indeed ridiculous. Think i've only played against one superior player so far in the 230, dibasio. The rest of the players that are sitting vs me are totally even match ups, or i'm slightly better. It's funny that most of those idiots think they got an edge vs me, even though they are hardly making money online at all.
I lost 2K str8 some days ago playing the 230 and smashed my 2 months old lap top. Thankfully only the screen got disintigrated, so i'm online again now using a 200 dollar 22" LCD monitor. Pretty funny computer set up. I'm not planing to buy a new lap top, i'm a nit.

My double or nothing (don) experiment didnt work out at all, so I guess hokie and searching got correct on that one.

According to sharkscope i'm up +1.5K this month, which would be decent if it was real. My scope is 1K off, I'm only up +500 dollars so far in march. Thankfully im such a life nit. I hardly spend money at all and are doing fine with a 300 dollar monthly rent. I'm back in my comfort zone now, playing the 110 turbo, and some 55 turbo. I just gotta try to save the month and hopefully destroy april. Thankfully I've made more so far in 2009 compared to same time in 2008. And since I made 30K in 2008, I think i got a decent chance to make 50K in 2009.

+1.7K in February

Yo, sup guys.

February was my worst month since august 2008, but I'm stell pretty confident, because I know why it went wrong.

1. I simply ran pretty bad in the 110 turbo HU sngs.
2. Bad run lead to more tilting
3. Fighting too much vs regulars (ego problem)
4. I lost 1.2K playing 100 dollar buy in double or nothing (don)

I think jumping right into the 100 dons was the most stupid thing i did in february. I mean, the biggest don-game at pokerstars is indeed 100 (which is big enough when you can 10-table). They just bent me over. Thankfully I moved down to the 50s before I lost even more.
I've also been tilting a bit in the dons, hopefully i wont do that no in the future. I keep saying that though.

In march I will probably play mostly dons. I'm getting a bit tired of only playing HU sngs, besides I think I can make a lot by 6-tabling the 50s dons now. We'll see, I'll probably play some HU sngs as well. I think it's good to play different games so you can switch over to an another +ev game when youre running bad and getting tired of your primary game. If you are a solid HU sng player you can pretty easily beat full table games as well, because HU is the most complex and skill demanding game. HU is the pure essens of poker that you get a taste of the few times youre involded in a hand at a full table.

My goal now is to make 10K total in march and april combined, and even more importantly, sharkscope total profit +50K within 31th Mai.

We'll see about that, shall we.
