My monthly profit is going steady. Seriously I can't remember last time I had a losing day. In fact it's hard to even catch a losing session. It has nothing to do with running good. I'm totally over-qualified for the stake. I crushed the 110 one year ago as well, andI'm a better player now. It's a cool feeling to just sit down in the 110s and collect money every day and pretty much every session. Yesterday I won 2-0 against one of the other top 110 players with the handle: "uship this way" After the second win I declined the rematch at told in the chat "one word.......: OWNED". Rofl.
+8.5K so far in october (that's clean game-profit, no rakeback). I excpect to make around 11-12K this month. Nice to finally get solid results after sacreficing a big part of my youth on this game. It's sick how i've managed to slowly but for sure improved slightly evey month. 2 years ago I could not even beat the 6's even though I had a ton of experince (3000 HU sngs games played). I've been coaching a player with the handle doblew at FTP lately. He had a bad run in the 6s so I wanted to help out and played some games on he's account in the 6's. Some hours later i had won 20 buy ins. The same thing happend a week later. And I promise you my edge in the 6's turbos is just insane now. I would predict about 70/30 edge long run, which means i would win less if my opponents went all in every hand. Sick that i some years ago strugled hard to figure out how to beat that game. The difference between then and now is millions of small details that i've learned by playing and reflecting over millions of hands that in total adds up to an huge edge. I will start climbing the stakes at FTP in 2010. How far is it possible to reach in this game when you got no talent at all? Is it possible to reach the top?
I'm thinking yes, based on the insane amount of time I will spend on this game when i'm done with school in a year. However time will show, maybe i will be satesfied and settle down with like 200K/year and spend more time on other things.
